We had dealings with grassman company for over 15 years. The relationship was satisfactory even thou we had to call each year to see / remind them about our turn for service.We always paid upfront for the annual fertilizations and aeration. Last year in 2022 same we pre paid also we included power raking. Last year we were away from mid August to end of September and when came back we asked them why the loan seemed that was not fertilized for the summer and the answer we got was .. because was too hot. Ok we understand that but we asked to get reimbursed for the Summer service,The owner **** said that they don't give refund but next year 2023 can come by and do the spring service at no charge. We did dispute this but at the end we agreed. As of today we had no contact or service by the Grass Man Lawn Care company. We had to hire another company for this years service. Very disappointing for a company to treat loyal customers this way. Just be aware and due your diligence prior to hiring !!

We always appreciate the loyalty of our customers. This is what has attributed to our success for 30 years to date. The GrassMan Lawn Care Company was not a member of the BBB in 2023, so this review would of went unnoticed. We do encourage all our clients to call directly as technology does not always guarantee the results you may be looking for. Many times customers move without contacting us. Happy to arrange Spring Services for this customer anytime.
