In June of 2021 my friends told me about a Laser Center (BC Academy of Medical SPA and Skin Care Corporation), which advertised discount for a seven session laser treatment for guaranteed and permanent removal of unwanted body hair.

I went there for treatment for the sessions and paid for every session right after treatment. My friends paid $60 per session but I was paying $60-$200 per session, when I mentioned this the lady (Ellie) said I don't have to pay next time. But after this incident she did not answer my calls for appointments.

She finally gave me an appointment but when I went there the treatment was very different and my skin was burnt and when I mentioned this she laughed and said no pain no gain. I decided not to go there anymore and wrote a review for their business and mentioned my dissatisfaction. My friends who were also dissatisfied wrote similar reviews. It wasn’t long before I received a large bill for services but I had already paid after every session.

My friends all got letters and calls from a collection agency (****) but I have not received any such notice. My friends and I filed a court complaint and mailed it through Court Port Coquitlam but when my friends got letters from collection agencies, went to the same court and they said they had made a mistake by accepting this complaint and it is not their jurisdiction. It wasn’t until two weeks ago that I was informed by my bank that they did a credit check on me for renewing my mortgage and that there is a claim against me!

I contacted the collection agency, and they said my file (********) is closed and I have to contact the clinic for any dispute. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this claim and their severely impolite and ********** actions which has caused me emotional stress and financial problems about my mortgage which may not be approved.

I got service from this academy for hair removal Lazer and I paid each session after the Lazer was done. After my sessions I told them I have not any results they told me after 8 sessions will be free until your satisfaction but there wasn’t any result, finally they had a bad argument specially with William W********* and Eli A***** with a lots of discrimination conversation and bad words .I asked to call Dr d****** honardoust who was the owner to explain , I did and for answers: he send voice messages which was so unrespectful and I left a review for not satisfactory of my result .
Later on they send me a fake invoice which is the $4800 that $4516 was my balance ***** ** **** *** not true . Even all my payment that I paid wasn’t true
They sent it to icon collection company and I despite it to the company but they effected on my credit and my credit Birue is hit now
I have complaints about the academy for this fake invoice and the icon collection which is not proved the invoice is accurate and they hit my credit
    And send me to collections.
By the way no result of my hair removal
