      In January QMC accidentally billed me a week earlier then their date on the invoice they sent me. I didn’t have enough money in my account as my pay day was after this date but before the initial date on the invoice. For this reason I got charged NFT fees. I also missed work to chase up what happened. QMC refused to reimburse me for this so I took them to small claims court. When they received the court paperwork, they then emailed me saying they forgot to post transactions to my account that I now suddenly owe them. I informed them of receipts for these payments that I have, receipts they provided. Since my response they have refused to reply to me about, they just say I have to handle it in court. They are *********** to remove the money from my account again, even though I have proof of payment. This is purely just to harass me. I’ve sent them multiple emails proving payment. I can forward the evidence.

      I am rejecting this response because: they’re trying to charge me for something I have a receipt for. They’re going to take money from my account that I have already paid and have proof of payment. It will take me months to claw it back

      I attempted to cancel service over the phone with this company in mid-December 2022. They informed me they would cancel my metering services after contacting my rental company to confirm my move out date. This never occurred.
      I was billed again in January for services that should have been cancelled the month prior, and my rental company and I both communicated that I no longer lived at the address they were metering for and they stated they would cancel my account after I had paid my bill for the period. I paid the bill.
      The following month they again billed me for services, withdrawing funds from my account after they had stated that my account would be closed out.
