    I am submitting a complaint against Vie Glow Academy Inc. regarding their handling of a tattoo training course I enrolled in, which raised serious concerns around transparency and professional conduct.On April 18, 2024, I paid a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to Vie Glow Academy Inc. to secure a spot in a training course scheduled to begin on May 9, 2024. The signed enrollment agreement clearly stated that the remaining balance would be due the morning of the In-Person TrainingNO EXCEPTIONS.However, on May 4, 2025, I was contacted by the instructor via text message and informed that full payment was now due immediately, several days ahead of the agreed-upon schedule. When I asked her twice in the same exchange whether the due date had been changed to today, she confirmed yes both times. She also mentioned that she had recently updated her payment termsinformation that was not communicated to me prior to signing or payment. This abrupt change was not accompanied by a formal contract amendment or mutual agreement.Although the original date was reinstated after I objected, the fact that the instructor attempted to unilaterally alter a material term of the agreement after receiving my deposit raised major concerns about the integrity and reliability of the business. I explained that I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with the course and requested a refund of the $1,000 deposit. The business refused, citing the non-refundable nature of the deposit, despite its role in initiating this breach of trust.I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter directly. I am now seeking the BBBs assistance in securing a full refund of the $1,000 deposit and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to hold this business accountable for their lack of professionalism and transparency.
