On August 11, 2022 at 1600 hours, I attended Richelle Nails to get my nails done. For context, I have been getting my nails done for 10 years and have seen many different technicians. When Richelle did my nails, she sanded my nails down to the point of pain. Then, when she painted my nails with gel polish, she painted far from my cuticle, making my nails look like they have been growing out for at least one week. When I went to pay, there was no lower tipping option than 20% which is absolutely ridiculous. I paid a total of $69.30 for the services which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I reached out to the owner who refused to provide a refund. The owner stated that she is offering to fix my nails, to which I declined because I no longer trust this business. I was in so much pain during the services and I did not want her touching my nails again as I was fearful. In her reply to me, the owner stated that she “checked in with me” at every step of the service, however, this is not true. Richelle did not speak with me at all, and continued speaking in a language that I did not understand. I am very upset about this experience and just wanted a refund from the business.
