    On June 4th, I informed m8trix I would be moving address and would like to set up an installation date at my new address. They responded asking for further details of the address, which I responded too promptly. On June 8th, I had yet to get a response, and again asked the. For their availability. On June 9th, I flat out asked for a response. I then spent time searching for the owners personal number (***** - ************) and informed him of my experience, which I found less than professional. ***** said he would personally deal with it.On June 10th, we set up an installation time of 8-10am on july 12th.On July 12th, no one showed up within the time frame. I contacted ***** at 10 telling him I had other obligations with my day and if there was no sign of the technician I want my account closed down. At 10:45 I informed ************ was leaving the premises, and I wanted to cancel my account.On the 17th, I received my bill for the precious month. I sent an email looking for confirmation that my account was indeed canceled but never received a response. I didn't exactly feel like I was treated with any level of dignity. Those days that they ghosted me were days I was still paying for the service. No one responded to email or voicmails (phone went directly to voicemail) and if I hadn't found the owners personal cell I don't think I would have heard back from them.All I want is confirmation my account had been deactivated and I won't be charged any further.
