    I HAVE A CONTRACT TO RENT A STORAGE UNIT.I PAY PER MONTH WHICH IS 12 PAYMENTS. AS OF JULY 01,2024 THEY ARE NOW BILLING EVERY 4 WEEKS THUS MAKING IT 13 PAYMENTS NOT 12.THE NEW RATE IS NOT PRO-RATED AND IF I DO NOT COMPLY THEN I HAVE TO PACK UP MY STUFF AND MOVE TO A DIFFERENT STORAGE COMPANY.

    The business said I would get 1 month free rental.This did NOT happen.

    Thank you for being a loyal customer.  I apologize for the miscommunication between myself and the facility manager.  The wrong credit was given.  This has been corrected and will be reflected on your next invoice.
