    I bought ******* family linguine in the first week of April 2022, I had just had a knee replacement on March 1, 2022 so it was my first time cooking, after cooking the pasta, when I began to eat it approx 30 minutes later, I started to choke, when I basically did the ******* renover on myself and threw up in my bowl, I went thru the pasta and found an 7 inch piece of clothe in the pasta that had been woven inside the pasta upon boiling it. I contacted **** ** ***** inmmediately and all they said to me is I had to contact the pasta company directly, and it was at that time I contacted ***** ******** at Dusos. He wanted the piece of material ASAP, but my friend who works for a lawyer told me NOT to give him the piece as I had throat irritation and had upcoming medical appointment through my family dr to make sure there was nothing in my throat that had been damaged, after my appointments I sent HALF the piece of material to ***** ********, he told me within a day, he did an internal investigation and that the material was NOT from their facility and maybe it was already in my pot or from my apron, I DO NOT WEAR AN APRON NOR WAS IT IN MY POT. He told me my case was CLOSED, and they no longer wanted to hear from me, it was a very scary event as I live alone and if I was not able to get the material that was choking me released, I could of died. No one has taken this serious, not Save on Foods, and the regional manager also told me my file was CLOSED. These big companies need to be accountable for these kinds of things and they told me they would only talk to a lawyer, I did not have the money for a lawyer as I am on disability, but that is how they throw it under the carpet and do not thing they are negligent in this case
