    We had signed a contract with Superior Propane for tank rental and delivery of propane on Sept ******* for a 5 year contract at $99.00.Since we did not use a lot of propane, they increased the rental rate on two tanks to $600.00 per year.We opted to change suppliers and Superior picked up our tanks Sept 15, 2024 and issued a statement for credit of $22.80 and $816.07 on invoices due Sept 16, 2024. ( invoice # ******** and ********). In their notes they say we DID request refund in September.I contacted Superior on Dec 02, 2024 and they say they will process payment and send by ************I have requested they courier the check or send it to the ************** but they refuse. This should have been done long before the Postal strike , they do not want to spend $5.00 to send the $838.87 by courier that they have since Sept.. If we were overdue on our account, they certainly would be charging us interest and probably sending our account to collections.Sure hope you can assist us.We can be contacted by email or phone if you need more information.

    Ive been a Superior propane customer with tank rental and home delivery since 2016. i recently recieved an e-mail stating because I dont use enough product my tank rental is going from $178 too over $600. Is this legal they proposed the tank size and contract from the start. How much a year can the rental increase ? How much time would I have too find alterantive we live in a very rural area and no options exhist. Any recomenations please
