    We had an outstanding experience using Blue Brothers Services for our dryer vent/pipe cleaning, and I would highly recommend them. Right from my initial inquiry about price and availability, ***** was quick to respond and was able to squeeze us in quickly, and at a very reasonable rate. The communication was superb, with a follow up text to confirm the appointment, and another text on the morning of the booking to notify me that the technician, *****, was on his way. He arrived exactly on time and proceeded to get to work. ***** was extremely thorough, and despite the job taking longer and being more difficult than anticipated, they charged me the same rate as quoted. ***** made sure that all blockages were removed and came up with a plan to remove the lint/debris build up by accessing and cleaning the pipe from several interior and exterior points. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had as a homeowner with any service company. I feel completely reassured in the knowledge that the work was completed to excellent standards, and that our dryer and our home will be safe as a result. He made sure I was informed every step of the way, about what was about to happen, how it was going to happen and assured me that everything would be cleaned up as soon as I was done.
