    Purchased 15 bikes for company used and have defective on the bike. File claim 08.27.24 and to this date no respond and solution. Have more claim yet to report. Initially was given invoice for $1400 per bike and paid $10,000 for initial payment. Recently was given another invoice for balance payment bike change to $1500 per bike Told the sales person I need defective 6 bikes not including some from pass order to be resolved before making balance payment or they can collect back the bike which they sold equal to balance payment of the invoice, as Leoncycle have bad reputation on honouring the warranty claims.Have several claims from pass which was not resolved by the company eventually i have to write off some of my bikes.

    On August 7/2023 I purchased a ** ****** ebike via the *** ****** website. The bike was received within days. On August 14th I made a further purchase for an extra *** **** battery ( order #: ****) which at the time was advertised on the *** website as compatible with the ****** and Moscow Plus. Relying on the website I purchased the battery at a cost of $789.87 CDN including taxes and shipping. I received the battery days later only to find out it is not compatible with the ****** **. I immediately attempted to contact customer service. After several voicemail messages and emails, I received an email response from Leon Cycle advising that the battery is non-refundable. That particular battery is now removed from the website as compatible with the ** ******. Leon Cycles has taken this position given that I purchased this battery from their list of compatible batteries. Leon Cycle has admitted their error by removing the battery option from the website. However, they refuse to refund me in spite of their error.
