    This was an exceptional experience getting my new floors by Floor Coverings International Vancouver. ****** came to my home with her professional van that holds a Mired of floor samples; from carpets, vynal to tile & so much more!!! It was fascinating to see.She got on the floor with me in my kitchen and living room to help me choose what I was going to pick. We talked about colours and the feel I wanted for my home. She was so helpful in the process as its not an easy decision when making such a big change for your home. The installers moved everything from beds, dressers to couchescovered things with plastic. It was like a whole move and install of carpet! Which they did a phenomenal job!!! **** the owner over saw the entire project for 3 days to ensure it was all done properly.Efficient, friendly and accommodating. Im in love with the new floors. Thankyou all so very much for you hard work and beautiful change you made in my home. ???? I highly recommend them to anyone!

    ****** and her team were highly recommended by our real estate agent. So we decided to hire them to replace the carpet on two sets of stairs with vinyl flooring.She provided great customer service during the whole experience. Before the project, she met us at our home with about a dozen flooring samples to try to match the existing floors.We were under a tight schedule of a few days in order to get everything finished before we moved in. They worked long hours to meet the deadline. It was close, but they managed to get the floors installed in time and we are happy with the results.During the installation, they made sure to answer any questions we had and were readily available.After the install, she came by to inspect the work with me to make sure there were no issues.Overall, a great experience and they were very customer oriented; I would definitely recommend them!

    We had our 20 year old carpet and linos replaced by floor Coverings International. Juan & Andrea and their installation crew were nothing less than pro (and fast!). What we thought would be an arduous, drawn-out process was handled within 4 days. We just love the results.

    I had my kitchen floor replaced with Floor Coverings International. My experience was very positive. What I really appreciated was that their installers were very experienced so the results were amazing and also were respectful of my home. The floor was done on time with excellent workmanship. They took care of details such as caulking an outdoor siding leak to prevent damage to my new floor in the future. All was within my budget. My original contract did not change even with the extra details they provided. I am so happy with my new floor. I do highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Thank you ****** and ****.
