    I ordered from their website once and they enrolled me in automatic shipments without my approval. Cancelled the auto shipment but they still charged my card and shipped an order to me as they appear to have done repeatedly to customers. Sad that their self-professed concern for the planet doesnt equal concern for their customers. A shady business.

    I too have been taken by this awful company. I did not see one word about this being a yearly subscription and I have tried the product. It does not resolve properly. I tried it several times and still had the same problem. This product really sucks!!! Thats my opinion. I got screwed and it wont happen again. Ill be buying locally in my stores for liquid detergent. I just wanted to try helping the earth but Ill just keep recycling my bottles.

    Received order not requested. They claim I have a subscription and to get refund I must return and pay shipping. I told them I would ask for CC refund. They told me to go ahead and you will wait months to it! This sure seems to be a **** to "**** ******" claiming you authorized the yearly subscription! I will not do business with this company again. Apparently other customers have been told the same as me about the "yearly subscription" you signed up for without any proof!

We would never subscribe our customers without their consent.When it comes to dispute's, it can take 90 days for the investigation to be completed, which is why we let you know the timeline so you can make an informed decision.     Another complaint about ***** and deceptive practices by this business. I'm sure you've seen the ads all over ********* and ********, you get targeted, then you sign up for a sample. What you don't know is you have inadvertently signed up for a subscription and to your surprise, you have a delivery (in an envelope that doesn't have a great label of WHERE it is coming from) and you open it and wonder "*** *** * *** *****". So you contact the company and they are ready for you because I'm sure they have thousands of these complaints. They have screenshots (highlighted in yellow by them) where they show you that you agreed to a subscription after so many days if you didn't cancel. So what's their response?? Sorry about that, I will cancel your order and send you a refund. No, they say "write return to sender on it, refuse the shipment then we'll send you a refund." What? Excuse me? What legitimate business has you do this? Well if you're like me and you open the package because it's barely clear where it came from other than the odor emitting from the envelope, then you're out of luck. They wont pay your shipping back because the envelope was opened. Terrible business model, terrible business practices. This feels like the ***** Columbia CD companies back in the day. Also, I'm pretty sure the **** would not like to hear about a company requesting people to just write "RTS" on the envelope so they don't have to pay return shipping. *****, *****, *****.

    Honestly just avoid them and save yourself so much trouble, such a deceitful company.
    They trick you into yearly subscriptions that aren’t clear and come back to charge you without warning. What might look like a normal online purchase will end up being an annual ****. The site looks different now so probably enough people complained for them to actually care. And the best part is they won’t take a return because their policy is ridiculously short 7 days and you pay for your own shipping.

    I tried some a few months ago. They didn't get my clothes clean enough so I quit using them after a few tries, went back ** ****. This afternoon I received a new pack. Apparently, they put me on subscription that I DID NOT want nor approve.
    It looks like this is their thing - putting you on a subscription that you didn't agree to and hope that you'll just give up and not fight the charge. Well, you guys tried to **** the wrong guy. I'll be contacting my bank if you do not immediately refund me. I have tons of spare time and will go to the Arizona Attorney General if need be. I'm **** * who cancelled his unapproved subscription on 9/15/22.

    Terrible service. Watch out for subscriptions they magically put you on. I saw the charge on my CC and tried to cancel the same day the charge went through. They said it shipped and could not be canceled. No notice of the shipment. They told me I could return to sender. The post office said I could not. Asked for a return label, they refused to provide one. I still had product so I definitely didn't want more. Back and forth 7 responses with no resolution to date. I'm looking for a full refund. They can have their product back, but I'm not paying for something I didn't ask for in the first place. You've lost a customer.
