    I was completely satisfied with the service they provide. they sold my car at market value and I paid 10% commission .

    I was presented with a brand new Lexus RX350 in this dealership and did a test drive. I ordered the car in this dealership and get my car after a week. Car supposed to be brand new but had both mechanical and electrical issue from the first day. After 9 months they are still trying to fix it. They are not taking any responsibility for what they are selling. I asked for return of the car as it was not in brand new condition but they are playing easily with their customers. They sold a problematic car as a brand new! I will not recommend this business to anyone as if anything happened there will not be any support. Moreover the mother company ******************* will not support in anything. When they sold the car then you should not expect anything from this dealer and auto group

    I was very disappointed in my experience at this dealership. When assessing how much my car was worth for trade in, they went off and did something that caused all the warning lights on the dash to light up. They then accused me of having major issues with my car and gave me a ridiculous low ball offer on trade in. I would recommend that others are vigilant about the trade-in amount they are offered at this dealership as their behaviour seemed very unethical.
