    I had my eyebrows microbladed by Ramaya and included in my price was a guaranteed free touch up after a year. I made contact with her to fix one of my eyebrows as they did not match one another and looked bad. I sent her pics and she admitted they needed touch up. She did not offer to fix them. I made contact with Ramaya again and asked for my touch up and was told by her to find someone else. I was not honoured my guaranteed touch up as promised that was included in my price. She was rather rude and short with me.
    I tried three other buinesses within our city and was told by all of them to contact Ramaya as she was supposed to honour this procedure. So now I am left with disfigured eyebrows and no one will fix her mistake. I more than likely will have to go out of the city to have them fixed. I am asking for my money back or for her to please honour my touch up. Covid hit and we were all in lockdown which I also understand which is why I am seeking for a resolution to this matter now and the fact no one else will touch them here. I have no job due to my lupus and am looking to move out of Prince George soon and trying to give her a chance to resolve this as I will be out money to have another person fix her mistake. This isn't respectful or good business.

    ******* had filled out paperwork before her tattoo. She said she has thyroid issues. I told her she isn’t a good candidate for brow tattooing. She begged me for 30 mins to do her brows. I did them. She said she loved them. One year later she inquired about saline removal. I told her laser is a better option. She asked if she should go someplace else, I said if she wants to try another artist. That’s ok it’s her rifht. A year after that she wanted a refresher. It’s now been two years. I had given her two complimentary touch ups. Which she no showed for both of them. But I still kindly rebooked her. There is no free touch up after a year. It states in my paperwork that the touch up is 6-8 weeks after they’re healed. Which she got 2 free touch ups.

    Good afternoon,

    I have received ******** 2nd message. My information is not false as I have all the screenshots from our conversations to prove what actually happened. She needs to ask other artists if there is a one year complementary touch up in the industry. There is not. She misunderstood me when I said that she will need a refresher after one year. That refresher has a price. It is not free. And that’s ok if she rejects my response. She has spread some very untrue rumours about me and my business in town. In return she’s the one that looks ridiculous. 

     

    In addition to my last email, I did not contradict myself. She no-showed for 2 touch up appointments. I still kindly rebooked them for her after she no-showed. And during Covid, businesses such as mine were only closed for a couple of months. Not a year. She could’ve very well messaged me. 2019, she got her brows done. 2020, she wanted a removal. Somehow over the course of a year she ended up liking them. 2021 she wanted a refresher. Throughout the last couple of years she’s been extremely indecisive. She is now definitely not a good candidate for any Permanent Make Up due to her autoimmune diseases. 

    I have an amazing reputation in town along with my business.

    i find her response laughable at this point.  She’s extremely delusional she does not have a good reputation and is only ******** that I came forwards with facts that she didn’t honour anything in her contract. And that I left an online review stating facts and then removed my post as she came back very negative and upset over it showing her immaturity. Im done this back and forth bantering and can’t listen to anymore of her blatant lies.  i know others will have issues with her in the future as I’m not the only one she’s done this to. ***** ** *** ******* *** * **** *** *** **** ****** ******** ** *************** ** *** *** ***** *******
