    I took my iPhone 14 Pro in to the Prince George location, on August 2nd, 2024, to have the back glass replaced. Upon receiving the phone I let them know that it didnt appear that the back glass fit correctly. They disagreed but upon review said that they couldnt remove it and replace it again so they would offered a discount. I accepted, however the next day I discovered that I no longer have working speaker phone and my phone struggles to hold a signal, and when I removed the Otterbox case I found that the back glass had popped outward. I went back and was told that some repairs could be made, however they would not be able to use the correct colours or fix all of the issues. I have now taken my phone to be assessed by an Apple repair centre and it needs $680 in repairs. I requested to be refunded my original payment for the back glass replacement, and was informed that this can only be approved through a weeks long process through out of province management. When I requested contact information to speak directly to management I was informed that they do not give any contact information. I have written to ************************************* and did not receive a reply. I have been told that they will offer me a $60 in store credit, but will not provide a refund. I have now paid $760 (after taxes) to ***** to have all the damage repaired. My only request was to be refunded my original payment to this business.
