    Date Purchased: March 25, 2025 @ 11:39am I had purchased four disposable vapes from Vape @ 5th. I know from previously using these vapes that I can get 2 weeks, with the four disposables. I did notice, though, that the disposable vapes sold to me were VERY expired, like over a year expired. That lead me to believe the vapes are faulting because they are expired. Today the date is March 28, 2025. I have had THREE out of the four disposable vapes burn out on me (stop working). I know this is not from my own human error, I know I didn't just use them more. It's physically impossible for me to smoke through 3 vapes in 3 days. I called Vape @5th at 4:25pm today (March 28). I explained that I believed the vapes were faulty, i told them I wasn't blaming them for it, but I was kindly asking what their policies were in regards to refunds/exchanges. I was put on hold so that the manager could come speak to me. The previous worker came back on the phone(No manager) and told me that if I wanted a refund, I would have to contact Icon Bar directly, and that all they could do was offer a 10% discount the next time I came in. I believe this is unacceptable to be selling expired/faulty products to people. On top of the possible HEALTH HAZZARD of expired vape Juice.
