    My friend booked for myself and her to have our hair done for her wedding. We provided pictures of what we wanted done, the stylist did not do what we asked, she rushed through doing our hair and did not listen to us when asked to fix things or do what we reminded her that we wanted. We did not have time to sit there and wait for her to fix our hair as we had other wedding appointments we needed to get to, we had to go to a different salon and pay for them to fix our hair which causes the entire wedding to be late. This was on Saturday July 15th our appointment at Phazez was at 10 and we were both out the door by about 11/11:15. I have been in contact with Fallon the owner/ stylist today and she has been **** and ************* and is unwilling to discuss anything to resolve the issue. Both my friend and I would like to be refunded in full for the services especially with the customer service I have received today when texting Fallon. It is unacceptable for her to tell me that she isn’t going to do anything to resolve the issue and has told me we need to go our separate ways and that the money and time is spent and she will not be doing anything to rectify the situation. I have all of our conversation over text and can provide copies, I have been very professional with her in explaining our situation and the issues we faced and the fact that we didn’t trust her to fix our hair after her ignoring our requests during the appointment. She wanted to speak with the stylist that fixed our hair which I think is wildly inappropriate but I still called and asked to speak with the stylist to see if she was willing to talk with Fallon. I am extremely upset with the treatment from Fallon especially given that she was aware it was My friends wedding day that she was doing our hair for. I do also have receipts and pictures of our hair after it was fixed and some of our hair after Fallon did it that I can provide.
