    Eclipse was hired to replace the parging on my basement walls for $2730. The parging has not adhered to the wall on the north and west walls, it fell off and cracked in 8 different areas.They returned to do a repair but only repaired 2 of the damaged areas.There is a total of 8 areas where the parging is cracked and not adhered to the wall. They applied new parging over top of the old parging that is not adhered to the wall. The patch parging is also a different color than the original parging.These are not industry standard repairs. I need Eclipse to return and complete the repairs or give a partial refund. If I can't get a resolution within the next 3 weeks I will seek a refund for the full $2730 through the civil resolutions tribunal .

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    These guys did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to someone else, misunderstanding on my part gave rise to my complaint and I retract my review. I would highly recommend this business to others. Good job Darrell
