Currently my issues with Fox Professional extends to three different companies. One of which i was notified has closed. The three schools/companies I worked with were Fox Professional *************** which took my payment, and was the only company I was in contact with through email/Phone. ***** Shore driving school, which I had no knowledge I was under them until **** contacted me after I filed a complaint, and has since closed their doors, and ***********************, which I was driving the truck from, and according to info from Fox I was just utilizing the truck, and the teacher was from Fox, I was then notified from **** Fox subcontracted to Columbia.Over this entire period of time, I was notified from **** all three companies had lost their licenses to teach the **** program prior to me actually taking any classes with them. *** supposedly losing their **** license in ******* ***** Shore losing theirs in October, and Columbia in May. Any classes I had taken under any of these schools would be invalid, and all my hours that were supposedly registered are now invalid as well.Originally my contact with *** started in August of last year, where they promised me a start date of October 11th 2022. Since then I have been given the runaround for nearly a year, until they cancelled all classes in June of 2023, dates and receipts are included in the *** which includes the emails back and forth. I do have a few extra emails that I don't have included, which has one Fox said to file a complaint with ****. I can forward those as well as well as original emails if needed.I currently have a complaint open with ****, in which I sent a *** that I also included in the attachments below. But with ****************** supposedly only having a $25,000 bond, for as many as 30 students losing $15,000, I expect to be receiving pennies on the dollar back, although to continue schooling, all other schools need $15,000 - $18,000 to begin schooling. I can email more detail as well.
