    The transaction was on April 14, 2023 at 3:24pm of $200.The committed to providing me with a tattoo at their shop "wise owl tattoo" done by the artist Tuesday Rudolph who they contracted to let her tattoo out of their shop.
    I deposited $200 back on April 14, 2023 for the date of December 12, 2023 at 4:00pm at the wise owl tattoo shop. I contacted them through ******** where they use to promote their shop and book appointments. (Attached photos)

    December 12, 2023 I had phoned them earlier two times for other questions I had for them. I phoned at 12:23pm and 1:23pm which I got no answer. I even messaged them on ******** messenger at 12:20pm with one of the questions.
    I showed up at wise owl tattoo at 3:45pm. My appointment was not till 4:00pm which was oddly the same time they close the shop. So I arrived early hoping to talk to them before the appointment. However when I arrived the stop was closed and locked up. I waited 6 mins before calling the shop number 250-255-8827. They did not answer. At 4:11pm I messaged them on ******** messenger which they use for their business. I did not receive any messages till 5:27pm which is when we started our conversations. ( I attached the entire conversation between us to the file)
    - they refuse to refund me my $200
    -they say it's my fault that they couldn't get a hold of me.
    - blame me for failure to confirm her text message that I did not receive.
    - should have phoned their clients like a professional business for confirmation of their clients.
    -failed to inform me
    -changed my appointment to another town, when I booked back in April through wise owl tattoo in quesnel, bc
    -wise owl tattoo says they're not reliable for artist, however they accepted money through their shop and let the artist tattoo in their shop.
    -wise owl tattoo changed their policies the day of our conflict December 12, 2023 on a Tuesday.
    -$200 etransfer to ***********************
    -Refused me my refund and Wants me to go to another artist within shop.

    Our shop has always had the same policies posted. They are not new. The artist that has received the money from this client does not work at Wise Owl Tattoo. They sold the shop to me back in October. They were supposed to come back and tattoo their remaining clients, which they had decided that they were going to change the city location to where they were going to finish tattooing their clients. That issue was completely out of my hands unfortunately.  I do understand The situation between the two of them is frustrating. I can refund this amount. I would like to apologize for the artist that did not properly reach out and make multiple attempts to contact this client. If Alexis would like to stop by the shop I can pay her back in cash and provide a receipt.
