    October 2023 The Business Quote was given and contract was signed. At this time a 3000$ deposit was made #4 was not done at all and excuses were made as to why. D There was no access point made to get in and out of the trailer in case of emergency or to do repairs.#** Completion took much longer because even though I hired Dennis Kelly ** for the job he had his dad Dennis Kelly Sr. do a majority of the work. Because Dennis Kelly Jr. was never around the job site for a few weeks and I had trouble reaching him through calls and text messages I would ask his father questions regarding the Job. I asked Dennis Kelly Sr multiple times when the underneath insulation and vapour barrier would be fixed...(since there was 2x4s wood structures with 2" foam insulation being constructed to keep the home secure from rodents and to address freezing issues under the trailer. Then a galvanized metal was put up for skirting. ). Dennis Kelly Sr. assured me that he did not know when Dennis Kelly. **. would be cleaning up underneath but that he mentioned to his dad he was going to.Dennis Sr. also told me there would be two hatches, one on either side of the home with a light underneath. Dennis Sr. took the side stairs off of my front deck (leading into the back yard) to do the skirting and insulation. The left side and back of my trailer was completed by Dennis Sr, with no hatch installed. At this point Dennis Kelly Jr. took the job over because he told me his father was working to slow and it was costing him to much money. It took ***************************** to finished the remainding side of the trailer, When i inquired about the htaches Dennis Kelly Jr. got mad and told me it was not his fathers business to discuss building details with me. Then Dennis **. did NOT complete the fron of the trailer under the front stairs to my porch. When I addressed this he got mad and said the job took to long and would not volunteer his time. He also removing the stairs went against code.
