    The sales attitude was very bad. After signing the contract, she wanted charge other fees. I asked her to follow the contract we signed before, and for no reason, the sale very rude talked to me .she saw i wouldnt give her money,then she called my husband to apologize and show weakness and ask for money. My husband didnt know anything about the fees,but trusted the sales and etransfered the fees that was not in the contract without knowing the situation.Being unreasonable to the female client, turning around and playing tricks with the female client's husband, is this kind of character, this kind of quality, the representative of this company?

    This client was just upset that she had to pay $50 more because she qualified for $9450 instead of $950, the full amount rebate under the provincial income qualified program.She wouldn't pay up the remaining $50 so our sales asked her husband for it, her husband paid up right away and that's how she interprets the situation. lol.Anyways, we settled with the client and she agreed to remove the comment elsewhere but still left this one on BBB.
