    I purchased a Heat Pump through an installation company. The unit was installed in November. As the weather got colder I noticed the heat pump was icing up - for hours - it would eventually de-ice but recently with the 2 February snow-storms in ******* the unit was continuously iced-up and I had to switch to alternative heat source to keep my house warm. The installer returned and performed diagnostics on the unit and found nothing wrong that would cause such an issue.I have several neighbours that also have competitors heat pumps and I have looked at their heat pumps at the same times mine has been freezing over and their heat pumps are continuously clear of ice build up.I have contacted Tosot Canada several times - both by email and filling in their "Contact us" form - I have not heard back. The Tosot Canada ***** phone number simply says "This call may be recorded for training an quality purposes" then just hangs up on you with no-one ever answering.I spent over $11,000 purchasing and having the unit installed and I can't contanct anyone at the company to resolve the issue.Thanks,******
