Avoid this place at all costs. I brought my Porsche in for repairs with an estimated timeline of 3-4 weeks. Its now been over 50 days, and Ive received zero meaningful updates. Despite multiple visits to their shop, all I got were excuses and delays.Communication is non-existent. ****, my point of contact, was completely unreliable in providing any progress updates, and the branch manager didnt bother to reach out once clearly trying to dodge the issue ***************** isnt helping either, and theyve capped rental coverage at $1200, which doesnt even come close to covering a rental for such an extended delay. Meanwhile, this shop continues to drag things out, and it honestly feels like theyre trying to milk ICBC for all they can. This whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from Richmond Auto Body in Coquitlam. They are unethical and have no regard for customer service.

Very kind and thoughtful dealership. ****************, Estimator and staff did an excellent job. Difficult repair due to shortage of parts on new EV which prolonged wait. Happy to return loaner which used much gasoline.

Please keeping away from this shop. They will damage your car and deny it. They are dishonest and not trustable. If you use their service you will face a big headache and trouble.Their credits are so low and should stay in the market!

I have used (OpenRoad) Richmond Autobody in the past, and return to them. The repair-quality has always been great, but I have had to send it back to Polishing for a few minutes' re-work, and other small details. Shouldn't happen.Like others, I kept receiving false information about the status of my repair, and when it would be ready. My car went in for a 3-day repair, and after 20+ days I was stressing! Stressing because my best ICBC insurance would only allow $750 for a rental-vehicle, and this repair was heading beyond that amount!Galling too, was the fact that this was a "no-part" repair - a crumpled panel only. No supply-chain issues.I prefer to be delighted, rather than filled with dread and apprehension. With another repair looming, I will return, but I have to have plans in-place to manage the inevitable time-over-runs, Maybe phone the car-rental-company after a few days, and scale-back my "equivalent" rental to a cheapo-ecnono-box. I have to be alert to early warning signs of trouble, and impending time-extending. But I must say, my last experience when the time over-ran by >6x takes the cake (remember: no parts involved).

The tech working on the car did not treat the car with respect and ruined a lot of things in the process. My bumper is not lined properly and my sensors are out of place. The weather guard inside the fenders is displaced. Brandon absolutely refused to do anything about it. *** **** ******* *** ***** ***** **** **** ** *** *** **** And the car is not fixed properly
