      I have experienced the worst customer service exchanges of my life with this company!!! They don't follow the delivery schedule and certainly don't inform you of changes to it (legitimate or not). When you call in to inquire on deliveries or clarify an invoice you are met by staff who robotically repeat what they see on their computer (whether it makes sense or not) and ignore the points you are raising as well as the proofs you have to offer. If you ask for a supervisor you will be told there are none available so you will have to wait for their call back (unsure when that will be) and they refuse to provide you a name for the supervisor. And let's not forget, the drivers just decide on a whim how many bottles they leave you. It is just my husband and I so we are good with 3 bottles per month. At one point all I could do was place my account on hold because we had 8 bottles in the house and no one was listening to **. When we got through 7 bottles I called back to have the service reinstated, asked for 2 bottles and had them pick up the 7 empties (I got the driver to issue me a receipt to that effect). Well it's been 2 months now, no follow up deliveries jut a bill for 2 bottles. I called and they tell me I'm on today's schedule (standard line you get whenever you call) and when I inquire about my ******** return they tell me there is nothing in their system about that. In fact they don't have anything showing for that day at all but instead they have a delivery for one month ago for 2 bottles deposited and 2 bottles returned (that never happened - we have been without water now for over 4 weeks!!). I am so frustrated at this point, I don't know where to turn to. If this review can help prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by using Canadian Springs/Aquaterra then that's the only positive I can take from this experience. I am definitely ending this contract.

      I purchased their refillable **** L bottles that come with a hefty deposit and can not, for the life of me, figure out where to return them to be refunded the deposit. I've contacted the place I purchased it from ,the bottle depot, ******** all Loblaws stores, Primo/ Canadian Springs directly (twice) - no one will accept these for return. What a rip off.

      I have been dealing with Canadian Springs for many years, first in Victoria and now in Vernon. I have always found the drivers courteous and helpful. I am satisfied with the interactions with the company.

      Soon after joining up with Canadian Springs, ** ****** **** *********** *** *******. I cancelled my account and put the bottles out. The driver left full bottles and I used the water and then put the bottles out again. I decided not to renew my service ***** *** **** *********** *** ******* *** * ****** **** ** **** *** ******* ** *********** ******  The company picked up the empty bottles and billed me for $130. Too expensive. I sent a cheque. *** **** ***** *******

      According to the conversation you had with my employee you advised your card was stolen by thieves and had to be cancelled. You wanted to send a cheque to us for the balance due. Nowhere in that conversation did you indicate we stole your card information. We show you received deliveries from the time it was opened until we stopped deliveries due to nonpayment of your account. You canceled your account when we called you regarding payment. I don't see where there is a trust issue that happened. The job of the driver is to switch empties for full bottles when left out. They will not leave bottles if you cancel. I do not see any notes on the account that you called our customer service department to cancel.
