I paid $7040.00 for 78 case (234 pcs of ceramic flood tiles) which included delivery and shorty after receiving I have claimed with the store 03 cases were broke during shipping and got confirmed 03 cases were broken by the store and the store committed to replace with the same products for my project. The store recently admitted their supplier has sold all their stock products including the 03 cases which I have already paid and have claimed for.I have problemed in finishing my house flood project due to the shorted of same tile products.

The client approached us and purchased the tiles last year in April 2023, and we delivered the tile the following week. When the tiles were delivered, the client claimed that there were three boxes of tiles that were in pieces and requested an exchange. During that time, we replied promptly and said we were more than happy to replace those boxes for them. They replied that it was fine. We would pick it up when we come to visit the store. They, in fact, did not show up at the store until a year later. During the year, we waited for them to come; we sent multiple messages, and in one of those messages, we offered a refund for them as well. (Picture attached; this message is in Vietnamese because they are Vietnamese). During the year, the supplier decided to discontinue the line because the colour did not move well in the market. When they arrived a year later we have told that to them and they said "You took my money so you should've kept the tiles for me". This is a replacement tile, and we weren't able to keep it for that long due to the fact that it has been a full year, and the supplier was constantly pressuring us to pick it up or let it go, so we decided to let it go. We have apologized to them and have offered a refund for those tiles multiple times ( Pictures attached). But they were adamant about us replacing the tiles itself, which is no longer possible. They have used and installed the rest of the orders.

The translation for the first text is" Our side will refund to you $211.52 (1 piece of tile is 7.11 sf x 7 pieces x $4.25/SF). You have paid us $7200, and the outstanding balance is $40.68, so $211.52 - $40.68 = $170.84. Can I have your email so I can e-transfer $170.84 to you?"
