    Hi ***/*****,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my purchase and installation of flooring from Longterm Flooring. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue directly with the company over the past year, I have received no satisfactory resolution, and the problem persists.At the end of year 2022, I purchased Laminate floor from Longterm Flooring and enlisted their services to have the flooring professionally installed in my house. Unfortunately, shortly after the installation, I began to notice significant issues with the flooring. The floor has become warped and is emitting loud creaking and popping noises with even the slightest weight applied. These defects have not only compromised the aesthetic appeal of my property but also pose safety hazards to anyone walking on it.I immediately contacted Longterm Flooring to address these concerns, providing evidence of the defects and requesting either repair or replacement under warranty. However, despite repeated attempts to communicate with their customer service department and multiple promises of action, no concrete steps have been taken to rectify the situation. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I kindly request that you intervene on my behalf and initiate an investigation into the conduct. My ultimate goal is to obtain a refund for the defective flooring and installation costs or, alternatively, to have the flooring replaced with a product that meets the required quality standards or refund me money to fix.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this dispute and ensuring that ****************** upholds its obligations to its customers.
