    This consulting company is a fraud. I paid for them to apply for **** for the ** apply. Due to their unprofessional actions, we past the application submission date. And they refuse to refund my money.

    Dear Better Business Bureau Representatives,

    We are writing to formally reject the complaint (#********) filed by ************** and to provide a factual account of events that unequivocally demonstrates our companys commitment to ethical practices and client advocacy, as well as Mr. *** breach of contractual obligations and unethical conduct.

    1. Background & Factual Timeline:

     In 2023, Mr. ** engaged our services to facilitate his immigration application through a licensed immigration consultant affiliated with our firm.
     Due to communication delays on his end, Mr. ** missed a critical payment deadline set by immigration authorities. Despite this being outside our control, we proactively offered solutions to mitigate the issue, including covering over CAD $2,000 in upfront fees to advance his case.
     In May 2024, after Mr. ** expressed dissatisfaction with the initial consultant (despite no professional misconduct on their part), we voluntarily assumed additional costs (exceeding CAD $4,000 in total) to transition his case to a new consultant. This was formalized on May 10, 2024, under the supervision of our legal counsel, with Mr. *** explicit agreement.
     On May 12, 2024, Mr. ** confirmed in writing that he wished to proceed with the revised arrangement. Our team subsequently updated his application materials per his instructions.
     Despite repeated follow-ups, Mr. ** ceased all communication abruptly, leaving his application incomplete.

    2. Serious Concerns Regarding Mr. *** Conduct:

     During case review, we uncovered credible evidence that Mr. ********************* employment records in collusion with an employer, including financial compensation for fraudulent job offers to misrepresent his eligibility for permanent residency. Such acts constitute material misrepresentation under Canadian immigration law (IRPA Section 40).
     Mr. *** refusal to fulfill contractual payment obligations, coupled with his deliberate disappearance after demanding costly accommodations, demonstrates a pattern of bad-faith engagement.

    3. Our Position & Next Steps:

     We categorically deny any wrongdoing and refuse to entertain this frivolous complaint. Our firm has consistently exceeded industry standards, prioritizing client success even at significant financial cost, as evidenced by our 9-year track record of excellence.
     We urge the BBB to scrutinize Mr. *** motives and the legality of his actions. Supporting individuals who exploit systems and service providers undermines the integrity of ethical businesses.
     Should the BBB pursue this complaint without due regard for the evidence, we will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings to protect our reputation and seek restitution for damages incurred.
