    If I could leave a zero star I would. My package has said out for delivery three times over the past two weeks. They were selected by Temu as the delivery service. The phone number does not allow messages and the email has given me no response. I live in a home that is easy to find and on ****** Maps or Apple Maps. Have never had a delivery service tell me they can't find my house. Address on package is correct. TERRIBLE service. Many reviews on line state this same issue and most people never get their packages. Some kind of Scam??? Likely.

    THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! There only business is to deliver the products they're contracted for and they don't even do that. Their phone numbers are out of service and they don't answer emails. They've now been sitting on my package for 5 days.

    They are completely inaccessible by phone or email, none of their contact information is valid. They made one delivery attempt almost a month after the item was shipped, during which they said that I didn't answer my phone or the buzzer didn't work, except they never called me and it was being delivered to a business that was open, therefore not requiring a buzzer. I went 2 weeks without any updates and after the "failed" delivery attempt, my package was returned to sender- no attempt to contact me, no way to contact them, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and 100% a scam. I hope the seller is able to get their shopping costs refunded.

    If I could leave them minus five stars I would. If you happen to get them as a delivery service when you place an order on Temu... you may as well go ahead and cancel it right away. You are either going to be delayed by 30 days or never get your package at all. And don't ever think that you can just call the customer service line and get some answers or send them an email asking for some answers. Because no one answers!! Ever!! Terrible customer service. Terrible company
