    Note: the date that the service was issued is not the date that my payment was processed. I can not remember the exact date that I first signed up. I made a payment to StudyPug so that I can freshen up on my college math before I go back to school. The payment was $119 for a year, which was processed on 7/26/2022! I used them for one day and then I came back to use them today and they said that I need a subscription!!! I looked up to see if my email was the issue (like maybe I signed up with a different email) but that wasn’t the case!! I signed up with them using my college email address. I am extremely upset about this because it irks me to no end that they would just ***** my **** money like that!!! I want access to the subscription or a refund!!!!

    I am rejecting this response because:I finally got an email from one of your staff members a couple hours I filed the complaint and she explained to me what happened and I got access to the subscription. That’s all I really wanted. Let’s consider this case closed. I thank you for responding so quickly. I will give you a great review. Thank again.
