    I bought 3 tickets for [********) Yundi ****** 2020 Piano Recital World Tour Sunday, March 1, 2020 7:30 PM ************** - ******************************** It was postponed to 4/2/2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic,But the alert was still in place at that moment,So the concert is still postponed I have sent an email to inquire on 11/16/23 and the reply will refund me as soon as possible, but since then I have not replied to all my emails,i ask for it on 11/17/2023 ,3/6/24,6/16/2024,8/10/2024 I also tried to contact them through other platforms, but all did not reply All the email I upload with screenshot

    VISM Entertainment Team,I am writing to follow up on my refund request for two tickets I purchased for the ***** ** concert, originally scheduled for March 1st, 2020. My order numbers are: Order Number: TWBVQW Order Number: TWBVHD I paid $129 per ticket, totaling $258 before tax. After multiple postponements to April 2020, then 2021, and finally 2022 the event never took place.I followed the refund request process you provided via your announcement. I submitted my refund request through your website, but I never received my refund or any further updates.I have already spoken to your customer service team, who advised me to reach out via email. I kindly request that you process my full refund immediately. Please confirm the next steps and provide a timeline for the refund.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.     I purchased two tickets for the Yundi ****** 2020 Piano Recital World Tour in ************, scheduled to take place at:************************************************************************* ************************************** ************ Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 7:30 PM.The total cost was $198. However, the event did not take place as scheduled, and I made multiple refund requests on Thursday, October 21, 2021, Friday, December 31, 2021, and Saturday, March 12, 2022.On April 1, 2022, VISM responded: We have just negotiated a deal with Yundi, and he will refund us the money within a week so we can process the refund in the next two weeks.Despite their assurance, I never received the refund. I have followed up almost every month since then, but to this day, I have not gotten my refund.

    VISM sells tickets to Chinese in north America. On 2/3/2020, I bought two tickets from VISM for a piano concert by a famous Chinese pianist ***** ** which was planed to take place on 4/2/2021. This was understandably postponed to 2022 due to COVID-19. After that, I believe the performer canceled the performance due to personal reason, and VISM promised to issue the refund on 4/1/2022. Until now, the refund still hasn't issued yet. I've made many attempts to reach VISM customer service via phone & email and cannot connect. I think at this point we can treat this behavior from this business as **********.

    Bought two ticket for a piano concert back in Feb 2020. The show was postponed one year due to the Covid. In Feb 2021, Vism stated that announcement will come shortly. Followed up again in March 2022, no one replied. Then again, September 2022, I called and e-mailed. No on replied. I would like to request a refund for the tickets though I think the business doesn't exist anymore.
