    I placed the order on ***** and it said delivered, but it was no delivered to my home. I immediately contact *** Ex and notified ***** the same day once I go home and seen no package. ***** told me it will take 7 days for them to check. I agreed. Also, *** Ex say they had to contact the driver so I waited for their reply as well. I recieved a reply from ***** said "******* 11/27/2024 20:25 Hello there,Great to hear from you again Sorry, according to the internal investigation results, the logistics show that the package has been delivered successfully.Since the official website shows that your package has been successfully delivered, we cannot apply for a refund for ****** is recommended that you contact the courier directly to verify the delivery information of the package again." Fed Ex said "Hi ****** ******-*********,Thanks for reaching out to us about case number C-169794656 Ref-38618!I apologize for the delayed response. We have heard back from the driver. They are not sure which home it was delivered to. If at this point you still do not have your package, we recommend that you contact your shipper for next steps. Thank you"I did not receive my package. I have 5 kids and am a struggling mother who tried to purchase affordable clothes as I always do from ***** with no problem, but after today I will not be using *****. I really just want my money back or the items I purchased.

    Im a loyal customer of ***** and I contacted their customer support team about a parcel being delivered but I never received it. It was meant to show up between October *****th. Still havent heard any updates from them but I would like either them to deliver asap or send a new shipment.

    My ***** order is devided on two packages. It says that it is delivered for both and I never received anything. The order number for both Packages is: GSHNHH48C00MKCA
