1 starThis company seems like its run by a bunch of Scammers.They come into your business without authorization and state they have a scheduled maintenance. Then they put a few tags on and send a bill for $900.00. This company did not have any authorization or signed paperwork.I understand the market may be slow, but it doesn't mean you should try scamming local businesses.Review fromLen S

Radius used to service our strata fire hydrants. Now they subcontract it out. This year the subcontractor did the work. The subcontractor charged double what we used to pay. We will not use Radius Fire in the future. I checked with several other fire hydrant service companies and they quoted in the neighbourhood what we used to pay. The other thing that bothered me was I wanted to know when the subcontractor was going to be on site and asked them to call me so I could monitor what was being done. Never got a call. We. will not use this company again and would definitely not recommend them for this type of work.
