      Im very disappointed with Fitness World Semiahmoo location I keep receiving emails claiming I owe money, even though I have no outstanding balance and have cancelled my membership properly. Ive email the ** and went to the gym multiple times the staff said it's already cancelled, but the emails continue with no resolution. It's frustrating, unprofessional, and makes me question how they manage their billing system. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who values clear communication and proper account handling.I keep receiving emails twice a week it's harrassment.

      I am beyond frustrated with Fitness Worlds terrible customer service and unethical cancellation policies. I recently moved to the ** and provided clear proof of my relocation, including my UK bank statements, credit card bills, and ***** yet they refused to cancel my membership.I followed all their policies, submitted my cancellation request properly, and even provided official documents to prove I no longer live in ******. Still, they kept making excuses and refused to process my cancellation. Its clear that they are just trying to trap members into paying for a service they cant even use.This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. If you ever sign up for Fitness World, be prepared for a nightmare if you ever need to cancel. I will be taking action against them and reporting this to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this gym at all costs!

      Fitness World (Interurban Way location)continued to charge my credit card after my personal training payment was completed. When I signed up I was told my last payment date. I told the trainer Gaurav to ensure this as I had informed him many times that I would be having a medical procedure done and did not want anymore sessions. He assured me and I reminded him weeks before last payment. I continued to be charged for weeks amounting to $522.90. Gaurav played dumb and said he didnt know the cancellation policy, **** told me I needed to let them know and Gaurav didnt have authorization to cancel. But he sure had authorization to sign up! The manager talked around my issue. Do not just sign up for anything at Fitness World they are good at ripping people off. I had a medical note and still I got no refund. On top the trainor Gaurav is an international student working there many hourswhich is not allowed as far as immigration is. Taking peoples money is so low.

      My son disabled pickup a bottle water and showed the lady in front desk and I waited him in my car but he comes with the bottle water in his hand and i took the bottle water and tell the lady: please cancel I dont want this and she said i already charged you in your debit Card then I said cancel and refund my money back to my card but unfortunately after 10 days the money dont come back to my bank account, I talked to manager, send email and nothing happened. I am very disappointed and they charge $44.79 a bottle water that I give back to lady.I dont know what can I do. Fitness World dont give me any receipts.They said it is the business rules is it correct?

      Victoria Fitness World charges **** card even if a client cannot attend the facility almost a year. It was super unpleasant experience when customer representative first confirmed immediate cancellation but the next day Victoria Fitness World manager rejected this without given any consideration that the fees was paid for 9 months without any attendance. When this manager was contacted again it was still impossible to settle the cancellation at least for the last month. This disrespectful practice is not in line with ethical business.

      I was taking their personal training.I quit it in mid Feb with two weeks notice as they said.But I was still being charged for a month more.I went to the gym, but they said I have to talk to someone else because they do not have authority to refund me.I **** a message to the general manager. No response.I submitted a contact form. No response.I emailed head office person. No response.Finally got to talk to the branch manager. He promised me he will handle this issue.Its been a month since then*** **** * ******

      They will not allow me to cancel my membership over the phone. This is unacceptable. Also my trainer account was paused. After the pause period, they started charging me without sending me any emails. I don't go to the gym anymore. So I am not training with the trainer. What I am paying for? This is not ethical business practice. And then they want me to show up in person to cancel. Again, this is unacceptable.

      Do not set up pre-authorized payments for this gym. They keep saying they've cancelled membership and payments but they don't. We've been dealing with this for months. Have disputed with credit card company as we finally have an email stating Fitness World has cancelled membership - but charged again yesterday ugh.

      This is about an incident that took place early morning today at Georgia's.
      I've decided to visit Giorgia's today instead of my usual granville signature, Since they've decided to close the location the gym has no spinning bikes. I was about to end my workout and decided to finish it off with a 15 min spinning session. A class started 10 min later in the same room and the teacher came up to me saying that I had to leave the room. I replied I only needed 5 min more, she left and called one of the front desk employees, Her name is Alisha W***.
      Alisha told me and I quote: " * **** **** ******* **** ** **** **** ****** **** **** * ** ******* *** ****". I've decided it was not worthy and immediately left the room.
      My question is... You are charging me premium but you are not providing it, I"ve been a loyal customer for many years. Is this the way I should be treated? ******** ** **** ******* *** ***** It is completely . No apologies were offered, Instead I was treated like a common criminal for asking 5 min more of spinning!! I demanded an apology from the desk clerk and instead I got an ***** ***! smirk . This company is the worst.
