    THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I have never been to a business with such awful costumer service and poor incompetent management.The guys in the photo, not sure how he got hired, impotent useless incompetent and racist being that was put as manager! This is kind of manager that will get your business in trouble!We spent around 100$ of entrance fees on all day pass on Nov 18, 2023 , and after few hours kids got hungry, I wanted to order food but staff member said no food is served, food is ordered from outside.So I ordered food and on half way finishing the nameless manager on the photo approaches as that we cannot eat and have to leave in 2 minutes. When asked uncomfortable questions that nowhere stated neither on website nor in the facility or policy that we cannot bring or eat food and I could see other people having food on the hallway and in the siting area , he could not provide proper answer to that. He then aggressively grabbed our bag with food and tried taking outside. When I took it back he called police accused me of grabbing and attacking him (shitty lier ) thanks goodness the witness saw that I grabbed bag not him and I have got her details. Glad police came , now I have file number to use for small claims court and if needed human rights tribunal against this racist! How Incapable you have to be call police for customer eating food. He had hard time asking police to come and looked pitiful explaining police the reason for them to come. What a waste of police time! staff members need to get some training on how to deal with costumers and their valid complaints.In addition to poor management and customer service, filthy washrooms and strong smell of sweat and feet.Do not give this business your money. I will never go back and will tell all my friends off and on social media not to give a dime of their!

    We were extremely mislead upon booking our reservation. We were told it would be a $100 deposit to ensure there would not be a no show, that was completely understandable. The payment procedure however was not clearly communicated and poorly managed.
    This was a 35th birthday party consisting of 15-20+ adults/ kids.
    We were told that each person upon arrival can pay a $15 drop in. A minimum of $15 must show up to get the deposit back. This is not the case. You have to pay in full for everyone. This meant I had to ask, manage and accept 15-20+ e-transfers or cash from each person attending. What a head ache. The organization puts the work on the consumer rather than incorporating payments as part of their business model.
    When I asked to speak to the manager it became a flood of emails as they would not have a phone call conversation. The email thread lacked acknowledgement of the customers needs and showed very poor customer service.
    Overall it was not a good experience which is unfortunate considering what the air park has to offer. The staff training and business model is very poor.
