    I purchased 2 Majesty 7 iron golf clubs at Par-tee Golf on Jun 28th, one of them snapped in the shaft after 3 times use within a month, on Jul 28th. It broke under a complete normal situation of use, normal impact of the ball at driving range, no extra force exerted on the club. We called in the store to see if we can get refund or replace with a new club, after all the club costed $825, on the very high end of price range of golf clubs. Par-tee golf asked us to drop it off and they will see if they can get it repaired by the manufacturer. After a week, I contacted them again and they told me its not eligible for any replacement or repair or refund, we will have to pay the repair fee fully as well as the shipping fee. The manufacturer Majesty does offer a la one year warranty of the product, stated on their website, but the store told us that broken shaft is not covered under the warranty. This is absolutely a quality issue of the product but we are getting rejected for any repair or refund. We highly doubt the price matches to the quality of the clubs and want to return both of the clubs because of the quality issue. Or get the broken club replaced with a new one with proper one year warranty

    We've reiterated all the arrangements of her broken club from Majesty to the complainant, we even gave Majesty's contact to the complainant for her further contact. In response to the complainant allegation, we've replied her grievance yesterday through ****** review, details are as follows:

    I apologize that you are feeling disappointed. As the Canada exclusive distributor of Majesty, we always provide warranty service on behalf of Majesty to all customers who purchased from our stores. All warranties are officially covered by Majesty.The photos you provided showed that the broken shaft was caused by improper use, which has been identified by Majesty. We can still provide warranty service for the club as we promised, and you've been informed about Majesty's arrangement. However, Majesty is unable to provide FREE warranty service for damages caused by improper use.Please let me know if you have any other questions. We're here to assist you and ensure you have a positive experience.

     

    Besides, we've now attached the conversation between us and Majesty about this case.

    Once again, the eligibility of warranty is determined from Majesty not us, we're not directly providing warranty service for any club replacement or repair, we're only a bridge to communicate between customer and Majesty.

    In this morning, we noted that the complainant has contacted Majesty about the warranty issue through email (Attached).
