    Item was not as shown online. They are trying to pass it off as another item. Pictures included. The description they have on their website does not match what I received. They have since changed the pictures online since I reached out. I have no method of transportation nor am I capable of lifting the item to return it. They refuse to pick it up despite offering a delivery service. I have tried to have reasonable communications with them but they will not assist in any way.Desired outcome is to simply be refunded for the item and have them retrieve it.

    I saw closet organizers promoted on ******** and bought two from this company. The items arrived and while noticing the materials seemed cheap we did our best to carefully assemble it. When we moved it into location it wobbled a bit and came crashing down into pieces. We told the company and they insisted we applied too much force and will not refund our purchase. They offered to replace one of them but that is not what we want. The website has a return policy and they are not adhering to it.

    While I understand that you are unsatisfied with the proposed solution of replacing one of the organizers, I also understand that you're more interested in a refund. According to our records, our company does have a return policy in place.

    Hello

    The company did not in good faith provide a solution so I feel this outcome is inaccurate. 

    However yesterday I visited the store in person and was able to get a full refund on the unopened box. I also accepted an offer of half the price I paid for the broken unit. 

    Can you Re open to add this final outcome?
