      Date of the transaction: 13-Nov 2024 11:51AM The amount of money you paid the business: $156.76 (Invoice- 26467385)Mr. ****+Tires Richmond location committed to provide service of uninstalling my 2020 ****** BRZ OEM summer tires and installing the winter tires I'm providing. The nature of the dispute is that the tire technician should have alert me (the customer) that they have broken one of my summer tire when they dismount it off the wheel. I only found out the tire is broken when I tried to have ****** Tires services to swop out the snow tires and install my OEM summer tires. The business had tried to resolve the problem by offering store credit and not replacing the summer tire which they have broken. I've advised that I've lost my trust in their business where I have to pay more money to replace the broken summer tire. I've asked for refund and they say it'll be a prolong service ticket for head office to reject. The Chain Stores Manager, ******, advised that their machine is fully automatic and will not damage my tire and advise that I have no proof of how they damage the summer tire. The summer tires were taken out and wrapped inside white Mr. **** plastic bags and I haven't used them during the winter months NOV 2024 to MAR 2025. The damage tire was storage at my own garage and I only found out it was broken until I asked for ****** tire service to install them back to my wheels while taking out the winter tires.

      As I told customer , On our Tire changer Hunter ********** machine which is fully Automatic, You can not damage the tires  .( may be some ****** Tire changer )He is most welcome to take picture of our machine or Bring a tire mechanic or ask a tire mechanic even its possible to make a damage with this machine as it show in his picture.?.As we also perform  all our services front of customers eyes. With out any of our fault , i still offer him a Goodwill juster  credit of $139.99+Tax at our Richmond Store for any tire service or even oil change service to keep him as our customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. The summer tire that was taken off from 2024-11-13 was not used any where else.  

      2. I wouldn't drive the taken off summer tires as I had asked Mr. **** to change to my snow tires for my vehicle.  

      3. The summer tires that was taken off were stored in my garage for the duration of 2024-11-13 until 2025-03-12 when ****** tire services advised that one of my summer tires were broken.  They inspected the tires before completing the tire change.  

      4. I asked Mr. **** to pay for the damage tire and they are refusing to do so.  I've lost my customer trust servicing my vehicle tire changing service at Mr. **** and asking for refund.  I will not take store credit as it does not cover the summer tire that is broken and replacing it with new one will cost me $300 plus tax.  

      5. As a customer I had paid Mr. **** $156.76 (service fee with tax) in trust that I will not have to pay further fund to replace summer tires that had no issue going into their shop for the winter tires changing service.

      I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. About 2 months ago, l had my son take my pickup to Mr Lube at *******************************. I drove my pickup for some time until the oil filter loosened up enough for all my oil to leek out. I phoned Mr Lube after it happened, they came to my house and put a new filter on and put 5 litres of oil in the pickup. After starting it up I thought it might be okay, but later heard a noise in the bottom of the engine. Previously, I had checked my oil on August 22nd, it was down 1/2 litre and I topped it up, the incident happened on August 25th where I lost all my oil.The next day I took it to *****************, where they lifted the engine and did a diagnostic of it. The diagnostics was, it needs a new engine due to no oil in the engine due to a massive loss of oil threw the lose filter.Although Mr Lube paid for the diagnostics, they said they are not going to pay for a new engine.The guy at the service counter at ******** ******** name is ******* **************, please contact ether one of us for further information.I feel this is a poor way to conduct a business, the cost of a new engine and installation is about $16,000.I havent paid anything yet because I cant afford to, I have a motorcycle but I need my pickup for kids and grocerys.Please contact me for supporting documents.
