    I ordered parts for a *** *****, not knowing really how to fix it but their website made that easy to see what parts I needed. I ordered the right parts, and they were delivered very quickly, and the parts were good quality, great price. One body part came with two scratches on it, but the company took care of me immediately. Thank you for saving this bike and my sanity. Lol

    Not consumer friendly. I have sent an email and voicemail and still no response. I bought this scooter in November but had it sitting in my living room till end of April once it warmed up. I took it for a ride with the batteries fully charged and it only got up to 20 km/h when the description said 32km/h. I would have bought an electric bike if I wouldve known this is the kinda of c*** you get from this company. I will never buy or encourage anyone else to buy anything from this company.
