    We had moved July 15th and in the process they damaged some items and we were told that one item would get repaired and others would be reimbursed. I have been calling and emailing for a few months. Most of the time they do not get back to me or say they never got the message. They also were not supposed to charge my credit card until the issue was settled but they did. I called **** last week and still haven't heard from him after trying to email several times

    Back in September of 2024 we offered the customer a refund settlement amount, PLUS someone from **** cleaning to go and clean the couch. The customer never accepted the amount and never finalized a time with **** who tried contacting the customer several times as they called us and said they could not make arrangements with the customer. I want this ******************** complaint completely taken off. We will only provide a $350.00 refund to the customer once this has deleted off our record with the BBB and this can be dealt with no later than Monday Jan 27th 2025. We also want this matter closed.

    I had sent several emails over the last couple of months as well as left a voicemail on the 16th of January. I have not received any emails or call backs

    Thank you for your response. The last email we received was on Nov. 12th with a picture of the couch. At that point we sent the picture over to **** Cleaners to reach out to you. They were unable to schedule a cleaning I believe. We do apologize that we did not follow up in December, to take care of this. 

    As we mentioned before we offered a settlement and still stand by it. I can see if **** can make arrangements to clean the marking on the couch.

    I have not heard from anyone from **** and I would like to have my refund for the damaged items. I am not necessarily rejecting the response but would like to be cc'd in communication with **** if there is any email correspondence. I am still wondering why I wasn't called back after I left the voicemail the other week but I did get texts to leave a review the day I tried to reach out

    Here is a snippet of our email conversation back in October, as we were waiting for the picture of your couch. once we received the picture, I forwarded it to them and asked that they contact you directly to set up a date and time for cleaning. 

    We have a new separate system that sends out messages for Reviews. It was by fluke, you received a text when you were reaching out. Our office will provide an e-transfer for the $350.00 and a follow up with **** before end of day tomorrow.
