    2023/7/17 Cad$704 The sales recommended a amethyst geode with picture and told me it is 141kg and about 1 meter high,I also sent email for delivery.However,I just noticed that the seller changed me original email,changed the weight from 141kg to ****kg. And cannot confirm the real size before delivery. I'm worried about it and would like to cancel the delivery and get a full refund,not store.credit,as it's not what they told me. I want to buy a large geode but not a small one

    Hi,

    I have already been in touch this customer and have tried to explain to her we dont have a refund policy and she was told this at the time of purchase and it states that on her receipt. 

    We also told her if we give her a discount it will be final sale. 

    However we are still offering her store credit or exchange.

    I am rejecting this response because: the size and weight is different from what they told me in the store and they tried to alter my confirmation email in the reply before the delivery. I request to cancel it and get a refund.  Its not even a exchange because I found out its different from what they were saying before the delivery.
