    I purchased a box of sweet potatoes at Jan. 12,2023 paid for $66 CND on cash. Next day, I found that lots of sweet potatos are rot. I contacted Xiao Ya with phone of ************ and ******.I asked to return it or be replaced with a good one. She told me to send it back to her home business address of ******************************. After she received it, she told me she would not return or replace it as she argued that it looked not too much bad. I have sent her vido and photos as proof of rot sweet potatos. But she ignored of those and responded ruddly.Now, one box of potatos is in her home business. She did not return money or try to give me a good box. She had blocked me out of contaction now.I need help to ask refund and apologize for her *** behavior.

    I knows her food service from ****** and take food from her home address and phone number for contact. Now, she has blocked out me out of ************* I can not get my money or food back.

    Hello, first of all, I apologize for the late response, I received both letters from you at the same time today.

    There is a big discrepancy between what ***** said and what actually happened. She said that the sweet potatoes were rotten, and I promised her that I could replace them. The next day, her husband went to pick them up. Ive checked the ones Ive received back but none of them were in bad condition, on top of that there were only 32 pounds, missing 8.pounds . During this time, more than 10 colleagues in the company bought the same box of sweet potatoes together. Each box of sweet potatoes weighed 40 pounds, and everyone else confirmed that there werent any bad ones in theirs. Furthermore, a week after she returned them, they are still in perfectly fresh condition.

    Afterward, I told her that the quality of the sweet potatoes was fine, and I asked a colleague of mine to bring it back to her, but she refused to accept it, and then cursed me with extremely insulting words in the ************ for work colleagues. Falsely damaging my reputation. As for the evidence, I have video proof of the returned sweet potatoes, additionally, I saved the conversation between me and her on ******.

    Eventually, her husband contacted me, I told him that I can refund the money, but he should apologize to me because she had been continuously cursing at me in the ************ with nasty words.

    I dont want to quarrel with her anymore.  I

    I am rejecting this response because: She is lying on the fact of rotten sweet potatoes. I had done a chek video and sent to her. That was reason that she agreed on my return. I try to up load the video here but without luck. I just uploaded a screenshoot as proof.

    As her request, my husband send it back to her house in ************* for return. But,next day, she anouced publicly in sale group in ****** whole my return is without any rotten sweet potatos. She insulted me with lying and chaiting by the way of misleading others I was not tell truth. In fact, she has been lying until now. I told her that I tried some but felt no good and that was reason for me to check out whole box and did a check video to her. It was not much as she said. She not only denied promise on my return but also tried to insulted me with lying and misleading action publicly. My ask for solution is she either return it and pay my money back or give me a new good box of sweet potato. It is not acceptable for her intension on just send my return back again to me. At least, there is one more people with the same issues but she just blocked us out of sale group and hold on my return without any response or trying for a long time for now. Thanks lots for BBB's help. I will proceed on pretcting my consumer's right with my best efforts.

    Sorry for the delayed response. I was gathering proof to show that the sweet potatoes are good. Here are some buyers who provided feedback. Please see attached screenshots. Also, I have included a video that I recorded of the potato she returned. They are all in good condition.

    I am close to retirement age, and I just want to make my life not too boring by running a small business.  I have always attached great importance to product quality because I am very concerned about customer satisfaction and happiness, not how much money I make.  Regarding the sweet potato, most of the friends who bought it agreed they are good, and now I attach some feedback information. If necessary, I can provide a phone number for you to confirm in person.  ***** said her order was not good. So my friend and I checked the remaining 32 pounds she sent back one by one, all are good (photos and videos are attached now), but she still insists that they are not good, and said a lot of bad things about me in the group. I don't want to quarrel with her, so I choose to quit the group.

    I am rejecting this response because: She does not plan to refund me with lying of her product. As I said, I have made a check video and uploaded screenshots of rotten sweet potatos. I did not say, whole is bad. But, there are much for sure. Here are ponits. Even only one is bad, consumer has right to ask return. Other sales no matter of good or bad is nothing to do with my box of product being good or bad. And, another buyer with the same rotten goods who was bloked out the sale group by her as well will be a witness if I decide on further to law court to *** her ater on. Even there is no is*** on her product, I still have right to ask a return and refund if it hurts my health or simply I do not like it.

    Another is that there is 32 pounds now in my return box as she said. I only tried2-3 pounds with only one time try. She told us the box is around 40 pounds before I bought it. Is the box short of weight with chaiting advitsment? Or she already throwed out rotten sweet potatos?
