    we signed the contract for the roof replacement with crown roof company, and the project was finished on oct 13, 2020. The total cost is $30,700 and warranty is for a period of 10 years. I founded a leaking from ceiling in our closet on second floor on May 13, 2022, it is small flat roof above the ceiling. I contacted crown roofing and they sent an roofer repaired it twice, they cut the drywall * *** *** ******** ******** and asked me to monitor it if the water was still dripping. when the drywall was opened, there was a lot of water came out. (we moved in this house in 2015, there has been no leaking in the closet at all) The ceiling was left for opening position so far, I checked the ceiling everyday, it looks good. But it is dripping again with no rain today. I contacted crown roof again and the manager whose name is Chris told me the leak was not caused by them, the water was stuck in there before the roof was replaced, ** **** ***** **** **** ****** ** *** *** ******* *** *** *** ******* ** ****. I am so shocked they are so ignominious, ignore the fact at all. ** ********* ** ** ****** ** ************* **** ** **** ***** **.
    My appeal is: the first, they have to find the leaking problem and fix it completely, the second, they have to fix the ceiling as well and repaint it, ******** * **** *** ***** ** *** *** ******* ** ******** ** ********

    ***** *** *** ******** **** * **** **** **** *** **** ******** ** **** ****** ****** As far as Mr. ***** complaint it is unfounded. He had a leaky old roof that had been leaking for years when we replaced it. Lots of pre-existing interior damage. He called us back several months after the install regarding some drywall and painting. It was confirmed as old damage previous to our replacement. We cut open the ceiling and since then it has never leaked. We are not responsible for interior damage that predates our work.
