    I bought a ** stove from One Stop which was delivered on Jan 8/***** tenant noticed that the rubber rim around the oven door was cracked and broken. I sent ***** (Business owner) a picture and called a couple of time. He finally answered my call and said he will order the part and takes 10 days & will call when arrives. On Jan 20 I called *****, Jan 21 emalied him, no response! On Jan 23, he finally answered and no part yet. I told him that my tenant has been patiently waiting. He said he will do a priority request so the part should arrive quick. Then silence nothing! On Jan26 called and left msg for *****. No response, ignored again. Jan 26, I called ****, ******** store mgr) and he said that the part is not available in ****** and he has ordered from the *************** ******** his point I don't know what to believe! I have doubts if they really order the part. Called ***** to confirm, no answer. If after 6 weeks ¬hing happens & then soon warranty is over!I do not trust them anymore. It is so frustrating and stressful to have my calls and emails ignored. This is horrible (NO) customer service!I can't believe the hassle/stress I am going through with the many many unanswered calls and no response to my calls &emails. It is impossible to deal with this business.Please I need BBB to help me find a resolution.

    7.10.24 purchase.Received with broken glass shelf and additionally there is continued ice build up in the freezer. I have had 8 phone calls with the owner, *****. and numerus text messages. Said he was going to replace since first speaking to on July 11/24.False promises.

    We bought the ** fridge from this business and we asked them before that if there is any issue they said no then delivered to our address with 3 month warranty card and we found that fridge is damaged we called them back on same day they said will let us know how to fix that we called them again because it is not fixable with 3 months warranty and delivered damaged item they replied rudely and said they will not refund because they were unaware of this damage and they can exchange when they have similar item which makes no sense to me how long exchange will take no one knows they will exchange no one knows we are low income family with kids and so stressful for us. We need our money back please.We have their warranty card and will provide that

    Bought a used dishwasher March 15th.They said all appliances work well and are fixed by them. They said all appliances come with a 30 day warranty. We found broken glass and other garbage in the down drain after it wasnt draining well. Called them to come fix it under the warranty and now they wont return any calls or messages.

    I purchased a fridge with this business and was told I had 30 day warranty. The fridge started leaking water immediately. I called The business and was told to 'text' them a photo of the fridge and describe the problem. There was no reply. I called again after a few days and was asked to repeat the text. I have been calling a repeated texts for the last month or so with no return calls or follow up. I see now that there have been other complaints with this business and feel they should be held accountable for being dishonest. I paid 1000 dollars for the fridge.
