    NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS.. Irish Brothers (****, ***************** who are a family (*******)? business. They have a fancy coloured, two sided brochure for you at the door. They stated they were in the neighbourhood and were working on a neighbour's house but other workers were there so didn't want to work on that house at the time. I never saw them at that house ever. They had their truck and the necessary gear and said they could give a good price. Three of them were on the job, but one only watched. They cleaned the **** off the roof for an exceptionally overpriced assessment and stated they would need to wash the windows and gutters as well. They never removed the easily retractable leaf guards to clean the gutters. They then asked if they could power wash the back deck and driveway, again for an excessive cost. I don't believe they added sealer to patio and sidewalks as it looked just like some soapy foam. You can't add sealer to a painted deck as far as I know. As promised they did return in a week, but were looking for more jobs like the chimney repair with another ridiculous overpriced quote. We declined. I did send them an email afterwards stating they hadn't cleaned the gutters and I wanted to talk to them about the chimney but they never replied. They had no intention of returning. I find it interesting there is only one customer review from a company that has been in business for 25 years. They are not registered with the BBB,Their bill was very basic with spelling errors and a signature that was just a scribble. The break down of the price they charged was not itemized into cost per hour, the number of employees per hour and the chemical costs. How did they get to that price? They would lower the price a bit by reducing taxes. They were keen to have cash or a cheque. In reading the other customer review on this company I totally agree. DON'T EVER HIRE THEM OR LISTEN TO THEIR SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ON YOUR PROPERTY.

    AVOID THESE ******** COMPLETELY. Very, very overpriced and quality of work is poor and not even as promised. Moss was removed from our roof, and the siding was power washed as were the sidewalks and driveway but there was no "sealer" applied to either the roof, siding, or sidewalks as quoted and promised - just some "Wet and Forget" algae / moss killer was sprayed on the sidewalks and driveway. They "sort of"power washed the front porch without removing any planters and NOT EVEN the door mat, and did the same poor job on the back porch working around but not moving the portable BBQ and 2 portable heat lamps. WORST OF ALL- after filling all the gutters with moss & debris, tfrom the roof, he did not even clean them out as promised and noted in the first sentence on their work order!! Unbelievable!! They were more interested in "up selling" additional services than doing a good job, and most interested in cash payment ** **** *** ***** ********* *****... Do not respond to emails and do not return phone calls as their voice mailbox is full on 1 phone number and not activated on the other. Would give a zero star rating, if that was an option. AVOID AVOID AVOID
