In June, 2022. I called, emailed and met with Vina the owner of Richmond City Oxygen Yoga directly. Vina kept saying my account is inactive since I haven’t used it for an extended period of time and my account shows nothing. She advised she would email corporate office to figure out my account. I followed up and was either sent to the voice message or was told my account was inactive and there was nothing they could do.
Therefore, I decided to contact Oxygen yoga corporate office directly.

    Summary of Claim:
See attached screenshot of my correspondence with Richmond Yoga dated January 21, 2019.
I purchased my second set of 25 punch cards worth $262.50 on June 27, 2018. During the purchase I was told there would be no expiry dates for these punch cards. At the moment of purchase I was still using my first set of 25 punch cards. At both purchases I was told verbally that these punch cards do not have any expiry date.
Also see attached screenshot of my correspondence dated June 28, 2019.
I was reassured I had 27 punch cards unused at the moment since I noticed there was an error on your app that did not show any of my purchases.

I do not see in the company policy that punch cards have any expiry date.
I have paid for classes in the form of punch cards and not a date sensitive membership that requires me to attend classes before a certain date.

November 1, 2022, oxygen yoga corporate team researched into my account and advised based on my usage and purchases, I have 18 classes remaining and would add an additional 2 classes for a total of 20 classes for my time. I would settle with 20 passes. I did not get this.

I feel beyond cheated and annoyed. The oxygen Richmond says it is not up to them to activate my account. Corporate office says Oxygen Richmond should honor the passes but they can't force them to do so.

I only want a reasonable refund or reactivation of my account.
