  Our experience with V1 has been nothing short of amazing. During the first atmospheric river this fall, the valley on our roof was full of debris and I am aware of the consequences of leaking. I called V1 and he was able to visit me the same day to look at the problem. Despite probably the busiest day of the fall season, V1 made it to my house. They were able to get the valley clean of debris and clean off the top of the gutter guard for my peace of mind. When the job was done, I was advised on the state of the gutters and roof which had been done 5 years previous. I was provided an estimate on the spot and I was able to schedule the work before the end of the month. IMHO, the estimate was reasonable for the amount of work to be done and the time it would take (6 hours+). Within a few days I was scheduled for the following week which the company excelled in communications with the client and even a reminder the morning of the work. Arriving on time, work started and completed in about 7 hours. Pictures of the before and after conditions we available. We were very pleased with the quality of work set out in the estimate. Come spring we won't be hesitate in using this company for further services. Thank you V1, as I can now hear the water ring across the gutters, we feel assured we chose the right company to look after the maintenance of our home.

  Our use of V1 occurred during the first atmospheric river occurring in Victoria. I called V1 inquiring if they were able to clear the roof valley and gutters and was told the company was in the area and would visit sometime that Saturday. Keeping their commitment, close to the end of the day V1 arrived and requested work was completed. I was made aware that the gutters were full of pine needles and roof granules and a cleaning would be in our best interest. With a quote to do the work, we accepted the estimate and were scheduled in before the end of the month. V1’s method of communication by email and phone was first class, even the day of the work a reminder on the work was received. V1 showed up on time and performed the work professionally and on time. Our spring and follow on maintenance will be by this company. V1 has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and professional. You will not be disappointed. Thank you V1.

  I have used V1 the last couple years for gutter cleaning and roof moss maintenance. Always very pleasant, on time and a reasonable price.

  The team did a great job cleaning the moss out of our house gutters. They were really plugged with moss and that did not allow water from the roof to drain away into the downspouts, causing a leak in our sunroom. Having leaf filters over all the gutters kept the leaves out of our gutters, but did not stop moss from growing underneath the filters. Be Warned!!!
  We recommend V1 for gutter cleaning and will get them back in the future.

  V1 Property Management did an excellent job on the moss accumulated on my roof over a ten-year period. There was a TON of moss that came off and frankly I did not think it was possible to clean that mess up completely. I was VERY impressed when the cleanup was finished and there was no trace of moss bits left!

  Waleed Aljurayyad, the owner of V1 Property Maintenance and his team cleaned the eavestrough system at our home on July 9th. The team cleaned two of my neighbour's eave troughs as well on the same day. At my request Waleed checked on the cause of a leak in a corner trough at the back of our house. After applying caulking, he told me he'd have to return another day to try another way effect the repair. He returned on July 18th, finished the work and refused to bill me for the extra work.
  Waleed was very sincere, diligent, clear in his communication with me and eager to complete the work to my satisfaction. In plan to book V1 for additional property maintenance in the future.
