    Bought a second hand cell phone from this store about 2 weeks ago. Noticed it was acting weird, it had pre installed malware and Spyware. Bank started getting random charges and my passwords started changing. I took it back told them and they told me to bad no refund but here is a different phone. I checked it over this time and was fine until I updated. It had pre installed non factory rom that is sending my information all over the place. All of my accounts have been taken over and money gone. The **** of this phone is thae same as someone who is pinging in *********, over 500km away. This is outrageous.

    For the original price of the first phone as well as the difference that they charged me for the second phone. Neither of which I was given a receipt

    Customer came in and asked us if we could buy a phone of him as he is in need of money after we denied he started yelling at my employee that this phone he has bought from us and is hacked, His banking is hacked by someone in *********. We asked him for the Receipt for which he started making stories that we have not given him one, We checked into our system and didn't find him to which we asked him that can not help him without receipt, All time he was keep on yelling and saying that he gonna go to the **** for complaint. We told him it is a good idea that he should file a complaint with RCMP or his Bank because we can't help him with his banking hacks. Also come with the proof of purchase if he wants his money back. Than he came the other day again and told us that he went to **** and if we gonna not give money to him we gonna be in trouble to which again we told him that we can not help, He again came back with no receipt again than he started speaking politely and ask for help as according to him **** even could not help him. We helped him by telling all phones have same settings and showing 3 phones ( 1 of my self , Second of the customer's who was in store at that time purchased phone online through Fido, Third which we have for sale at our store), and showed him in settings that all have same settings according to him which are used for hacking his phone. He again asked us for money to which we again denied.


    We generally do not return used phones but can do exceptions but we need proof of purchase.
