    We were searching ********* ST224 snow blowers on Sunday, November 12, 2023 and saw this on the Woodsman website advertised for $1299.99. It appears on a few other websites in ****** also. They were closed Sunday, so Monday, November 13 I called and spoke to ******, the Manager. The website said they were out of stock, so I wanted to confirm when they'd have more in as we live just 20 mins away and want to buy from a local business. He said that he'd had them in stock and hadn't updated his website. I said I see the price on his website for $1299.99 which he immediately said was a mistake, he couldn't offer it at that price. I said I'd like to pick it up today, and you should honour the advertised price. He said he couldn't. I said you not updating your website is hardly the consumers fault, and what you're doing is false advertising. I told him I had a screen shot of the product with the price. He said he doesn't usually put the price on his website, so I said well look for yourself, it's still there at $1299.99. He wasn't going to budge so I thanked him for misleading the public and said I'd put in a formal complaint. I intend to let the ************************** know also.

    This issue was resolved with the customer. Before we even received this comlaint. I'm not sure why it hasn't been removed.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I purchased the snowblower for the price they had mistakenly advertised it for and this has been resolved.
